Boil & stir for 3 minutes with 1.5 cups / 12 fl oz (350 ml) of water.

Naked Bowl (rice):

Boil & stir for 8 minutes with 2 cups / 17 fl oz (500 ml) of water.

Simply remove the film before cooking and compost it - or toss it in the trash and it will biodegrade naturally (it's food!).
